Engagements run as a structured assignment: four diagnostic deliverables that map the opportunity, plus an optional build phase that converts the roadmap into production AI owned by the client team.
1. Current-state assessment
What we cover
An audit of where AI already sits inside the organisation, what it is doing, and where it is not yet deployed.

What we cover
The regulatory context in which the client’s AI work will sit.
- Regulatory exposure: EU AI Act, GDPR, and any sectoral regimes that apply (CSSF, AIFMD II, MiCA, DORA, NIS2 where relevant)
- Specific obligations triggered by the AI systems in scope (deployer vs provider, risk tier, transparency)
- Calendar of binding dates the client must meet
3. Technology, compliance & ROI analysis
What we cover
The technical and economic case for each candidate workflow, with the AI Act position resolved upfront.
- Use-case prioritisation matrix (impact × feasibility × compliance)
- Foundation model and vendor evaluation, build-vs-buy decisions
- Cost / benefit modelling per use case
- EU AI Act risk classification and Annex IV conformity gap analysis
- AI governance lite framework: policy, register, transparency notices
4. Implementation roadmap

The plan that converts diagnostic into delivered workflow.
- Sequenced workstreams with dependencies
