Deliverables, not slide decks
The output of an engagement is the policy framework, the documented assessment, and the production AI workflows the client team will use the next day. Where a slide deck makes sense, we use one; where it does not, we do not.
Fixed scope and price where possible
Open-ended hourly engagements are appropriate for a small minority of work. Most of what we do can be scoped and priced upfront. This gives clients a clear basis to approve and a definitive deliverable to receive.
Transfer of expertise
The goal is for the client team to operate the AI workflows we build after handover. Engagements include the documentation, training and transition support that make this possible.
