What we collect

The only personal data this website actively collects is information you submit through our contact form:

The website does not use tracking cookies, advertising trackers, or third-party analytics scripts. The hosting provider (Netlify) may collect aggregate, non-identifying request logs for technical operation purposes.

Why we collect it

Form submissions are processed for the sole purpose of responding to your enquiry. The legal basis for this processing under the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) is your consent, given by submitting the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to commercial enquiries.

Who has access

Form submissions are received by the FounderAIO team via email. They are not shared with any third party for marketing or other purposes. The form-handling infrastructure is operated by Netlify, Inc., which acts as a data processor on our behalf.

How long we retain it

Form submissions are retained for the duration of any active conversation and for a reasonable follow-up period thereafter. Submissions that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 12 months. Submissions related to an active or completed engagement are retained per applicable legal and tax record-keeping obligations.
