AI automation that does the work.

Independent practice. We design, build and deploy production AI, from single-step automations (classification, extraction, summarisation) to multi-step agentic workflows. The work traditional firms still do by hand.

01
Independent

No reseller relationships, no platform incentives. Tooling decisions are based on fit alone.

02
Production-grade

We ship agents that run, not pilots, not demos, not POCs. Multi-step orchestration with human-in-the-loop at every decision point.

03
Compliant by design

EU AI Act risk classification and AI governance documentation are part of every build, not a separate workstream.

The Practice

Other firms write memos. We ship AI that does the work.

What we ship

From single-step automations to multi-step agentic workflows, calibrated to the job. Below are the patterns we ship most often.

Pattern 01
Compliance
Continuous compliance agent

Monitors regulatory feeds and your internal systems, classifies changes, drafts impact analyses, alerts owners, schedules remediation. Runs on a defined cadence with full audit trail.

Pattern 02
Contract
Contract review agent

Reads incoming contracts at portfolio scale, extracts key clauses, checks against your playbook, identifies deviations, drafts negotiation suggestions. Human approval at each step.

Pattern 03
Due diligence
Due-diligence agent

Processes deal documents, builds entity maps, cross-references registries and sanctions sources, identifies red flags, drafts the DD report sections that humans then review and refine.

Pattern 04
Horizon scanning
Regulatory horizon agent

Tracks regulatory feeds across the jurisdictions the client cares about, summarises changes by impact area, drafts client briefings, maintains a regulatory calendar. Configurable per client sectoral focus.

Pattern 05
Document automation
Extraction & classification pipeline

Single-step AI applied at scale. Pulls structured data from inbound documents (PDFs, emails, scans, bank statements, invoices), classifies them, routes them to the right destination. Not multi-step orchestration, AI used as a precise instrument.

Pattern 06
AI governance
EU AI Act readiness build

AI inventory, risk classification under Annex III, Annex IV technical documentation, governance lite framework (policy, register, transparency notices, oversight loops). Delivered as a working programme, not a slide deck.

Each agentic workflow is built on the appropriate foundation model, tool-use pattern, and oversight architecture for the specific use case. EU AI Act risk classification and AI governance documentation are part of every build.

Recent work

Concrete examples of what we ship. The patterns above, deployed.

01
Practice compliance command center

An operational command centre built for an in-house compliance and operations practice. Tracks filing deadlines, regulatory correspondence and reclaim status; routes inbound documents through agentic triage; maintains a multi-jurisdictional regulatory calendar. The architecture is the same one deployed to client engagements.

Engagement-specific deliverables are confidential by default and published only with client consent.

How we work

Three engagements. Three deliverables. You decide whether to proceed at each step. Read the full methodology →

01
Diagnostic

A written assessment of where AI sits, what’s exposed, and what’s worth building. Useful on its own.

02
Build

A production agentic workflow, integrated, evaluated, owned by your team. Not a pilot.

03
Handoff

Your team operates the workflow. We document, train, step away. Ongoing engagement is optional, never assumed.

Frequently asked

How do you price?

Most engagements are fixed-scope, fixed-price. After the diagnostic phase we present a written proposal with scope, deliverables, timeline and price. Open-ended hourly billing is reserved for a small minority of work where scope genuinely cannot be predetermined.

Do you offer retainers?

Yes, but only as a structured arrangement after an initial engagement. Retainers cover ongoing AI workflow operation, regulatory horizon scanning, and quarterly reviews. They are not a default.

Which sectors do you work with?

Compliance-heavy and document-heavy operations: financial services, professional services, holding structures, regulated technology, and any function where review-and-decision work scales linearly with headcount. The patterns we ship are domain-agnostic; the client supplies the playbook, we build the workflow that runs against it.

Who owns the workflow after handover?

You do. Workflows live in your infrastructure. Documentation and runbooks transfer at the end of the engagement. There is no vendor lock-in and no obligation to retain FounderAIO for ongoing operation.

What working language?

English. Engagements, written deliverables and correspondence are delivered in English.
